From its beginnings in 1949 with one college in Bandra, HSNCB has grown to include 14 affiliated colleges with the University of Mumbai, a self-financed Institute of Management, and a Pharmaceutical Diploma Institute. In addition, we also have HSNC University and three more institutes under our flagship, located across Colaba, Churchgate, Cuffe Parade, Bandra, Worli, and Ulhasnagar. These institutions stand as a testament to the HSNC Board’s contribution to providing distinctive quality education.

School

Originally established as Master’s Tutorial High School in 1909, the schools at Grant Road were taken over by the Management in 1980. The board strives to provide the latest teaching methods and technology to the students, including audio-visual rooms and computer laboratories. We also offer computer education from the first grade and have introduced the E-Interactive Program, which is particularly effective for students who are in need of education.

It is our undivided commitment to excellence that has helped the schools produce many successful alumni, including leading lawyers, businessmen, cricketers, and even world-champion cyclists. The HSNC board continues providing high-quality education to the community and helping students achieve their full potential.

Kishinchand Chellaram Law College, popularly known as K.C.Law College, is one of the premier law institutions in the city of Mumbai imparting legal education since 1955. It is permanently affiliated with the University of Mumbai and recognized under Sections 2(f) and 12 (B) of the UGC Act.

To be one of the leading law college in the world, dedicated to developing a sound foundation of legal knowledge and human values, so that students become successful lawyers in the true sense of the word.

R. D. & S. H. National College and S. W. A. Science College, Bandra

Rishi Dayaram & Seth Hassaram National College and Seth Wassiamull Assomull Science College, Bandra, Mumbai is one of the oldest institute of higher education situated in the suburbs of Mumbai. The college was first established in Hyderabad (Sind), now in Pakistan, in the year 1921 with the blessings of Dr. Annie Besant and Rishi Dayaram. After partition, the then Principal of this college, Principal K. M. Kundnani, vowed to re-establish the college in Mumbai.

It is the first college to be established by the Hyderabad Sind National Collegiate Board (HSNCB) in Mumbai, in the year 1949, under the able guidance of the founder Principal of this college, K. M. Kundnani and the founder President of the HSNCB, Barrister H. G. Advani. The history of the college is an inspiration in itself and has been striving to provide best of the facilities and the courses, and has served first generation learners and minority communities for over six decades, imparting value based community intense education.

Smt. MMK College of Commerce & Economics, Bandra

The college is a premier institution in the city of Mumbai, providing excellence in education at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the fields of Commerce and Economics, with specialization in Accountancy, Management, International Business and other emerging areas. Smt. CHM College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Ulhasnagar

Smt. CHM College is proud of its glorious history which defines a tradition of high value. The College is the brainchild of some of the most enlightened educationists of our times, including Principal K. M. Kundnani and Barrister H.G. Advani and Mr. Gangaram Mansukhani.

Bombay Teacher’s Training College, Colaba

Bombay Teachers’ Training College, a premier college of education, is located in South Mumbai. The college was established in April 1969 as a grant-in aid, linguistic (Sindhi) minority institution by the Hyderabad (Sindh) National Collegiate Board.

It is an English medium, co-educational institute and is a constituent college of the HSNC University, Mumbai.
The college offers teacher preparation programmes for various levels ranging from Early Childhood Education Programme, the Diploma in Elementary Education and the Bachelor of Education Programmes. It is also a centre for Doctor of Philosophy (Education).

Principal K. M. Kundnani College Of Pharmacy, Ulhasnagar

Establishment Year: 2004

Principal K.M.Kundnani College of Pharmacy, Mumbai was established in 1971 under the aegis of Hyderabad (Sind) National Collegiate Board, Mumbai. The management belongs to Sindhi Minority community and has obtained the minority status for its institutions from the Hon’ Bombay High Court in 1989 and interim orders for Prin.K.M.Kundnani College of Pharmacy from Hon’ Supreme Court effective 1994.

Prin.K.M.Kundnani College of Pharmacy is situated in Cuffe Parade, Colaba, thebustling business district of the Mumbai metropolis overlooking the Arabian sea and in close vicinity of the World Trade Centre and the Sassoon docks. The college is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi and permanently affiliated to the University of Mumbai.

G. J. Advani Law College, Bandra

Establishment Year: 1977

The Board established Gopaldas Jhamatmal Advani Law College widely known as G. J. Advani Law College in the year 1977 which is permanently affiliated to the University of Mumbai and recognized under Section 2(f) & 12(B) of University Grants Commission Act and also recognized by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi (vide registration No. BCI/LE/GJAL/MBI/MU/04/) for the teaching of the three year Degree course in Law (LL.B.).

The College is named after one of the leading advocates of Sind, Late Shri. Gopaldas Jhamatmal Advani, who was a scholar and writer of book titled as ‘Arbitration and Specific Relief Act’. He was also connected with many Educational Institutions in Sind as well as in Mumbai. We are proud to say that the College has established its reputation for high standard of teaching in law. We are striving to make this College as centre of excellence in the field of Legal Education by adopting modern teaching and training techniques.

Watumull Institute of Electronics Engineering & Computer Science, Ulhasnagar

Establishment Year: 1981

Watumull Institute of Electronics Engineering and Computer Technology, a premier technical Institute was established in 1981 by the Hyderabad (Sind) National Collegiate Board, one of the oldest educational trusts of Mumbai offering quality education in various fields, ranging from arts, commerce, science, education, pharmacy, engineering, law, etc.

The Institute, which was operational in the beautiful location of Worli sea face has been shifted to the sprawling campus at Ulhasnagar, hardly 50 meters from Ulhasnagar Railway Station (West) from September 2017. Watumull Institute is the only engineering college in Ulhasnagar.

It now brings experience and expertise to the central suburbs. The Institute, which has created many rankers and crafted many careers, will now cater to engineering aspirants from Thane to Karjat, and more particularly to the Sindhi community of Ulhasnagar.

Thadomal Shahani College Of Engineering, Bandra

Establishment Year: 1983

Established in 1983, Thadomal Shahani Engineering College (TSEC), founded by Hyderabad (Sind) National Collegiate Board, is recognized by Government of Maharashtra, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Affiliated to University of Mumbai. It offers a 4-year Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) Degree program in Artificial Intelligence and data Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication and Chemical Engineering. The College offers Ph.D. program in the subject of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, and Electronics & Telecommunication. At present we are enrolled with 40 research Scholars.

TSEC is hugely successful in creating an academic ambience where learners increasingly succeed in unleashing their potential. The college hugely succeeds in placing graduating students in leading enterprises (more than 90 enterprises offer campus placement to our graduates) and facilitating them for higher studies in the Post Graduate program of choice, in India and abroad. The college historically performed to its fullest potential with best of class practises and emerged as the most sought-after engineering college in the city of Mumbai.

H & G. H. Mansukhani College Of Management, Ulhasnagar

Establishment Year: 2005

H. & G. H. Mansukhani Institute of Management is the first Post Graduate Management Institute under the HSNC Board. It offers a full time, postgraduate, university degree in Management Studies. Commenced in the year 2005, the Institute is named after the visionary brothers Late Diwan Hashmatrai Himathmal Masukhani and Late Shri Gangaram Himathmal Mansukhani who were keenly interested in spreading value based education in the rural areas.

 

MIM is the first Management Institute between Thane and Karjat, catering to the knowledge desires of students of these areas. It conducts MMS course which is approved by the AICTE and affiliated to the University of Mumbai.

Nari Gursahani Law College, Ulhasnagar

Establishment Year: 2004

Nari Gursahani Law College, named after the legendary Supreme Court advocate and humanist, is popularly known as NGLC. Established in 2004, the College has been imparting quality legal education to the students in Ulhasnagar and its vicinity. The College is affiliated to University of Mumbai; approved by the Bar Council of India and recognized by the Government of Maharashtra.

Aesthetically designed, the College has modern and well-equipped class-rooms, moot court hall, a well endowed library, gymkhana, campus canteen and playground, which makes learning a joyful process.
